As freelancers, #time #management is one of the biggest challenges one can face. How hard it is to #manage #time? Does time affect your #productivity? And what are the ways you use to effectively manage your time?

Time is a very important resource which is available to everyone of us. We all have the same hours every day, and the reason why others achieve more is not only because they work harder but they also manage their time better.
Personally, one main reason that I am not managing my time well is #procrastination. And this has become a great contributor why I am so unproductive with my day. Managing time can be as difficult as one can ever imagine.

Fortunately, there are ways that are proven effective is using your time productively.
Here are 5 simple ways to improve your #time #management skills:
1. Delegate Tasks
It is normal for all of us to multitasking. This can often result in stress and burnout. Learn how to delegate work to your #assistants as per their skills and abilities and get more achieved. Good delegation of tasks saves you time and develops your people. Delegation applies to individuals and teams, or to specially formed groups of people for individual projects including virtual individuals and teams.
2. Prioritize Work
Make a simple to-do list before the start of the day, prioritize the tasks and focus on the most important work. Make sure that these tasks are achievable too. You may think of making 3 lists: #work, #home and #personal.
3. Set-up Deadlines
When you have a task, set a realistic deadline and stick to it. Try to set a deadline days before the task so that you can complete all those tasks. Just challenge yourself and meet the deadline; then reward yourself for meeting a difficult challenge.
5. Overcome Procrastination
If you have difficulties staying focused or tend to procrastinate, you may benefit from creating a deadline for yourself. Avoid procrastination at all cost because procrastination is one of the things that badly affect #productivity. This can result in wasting so much #time and energy and could lead to a major problem in your career and personal life.
